  • Is there an application fee?
    A one-time, non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.

    Is there a birthday cutoff for application?
    Yes, for a child applying to the PreK through 4th grade program. They must be the appropriate age by September 1 of the entry year. For children applying to other grades, there is no birthday cut-off date. Please contact admissions for more information.

    What is the procedure once I have submitted an application?
    After an application has been received and reviewed, we will reach out to schedule your visit to the school.

    When will I receive admission notification?

    Kindergarten - February 8th
    Notify by February 15th

    3/4s- February 28
    Notify by March 8th

    1st-8th - February 5th
    Notify by February 26th


    What if there is no vacancy at the grade level for which I submitted an application?
    We will contact you to see if you would like to be placed on a waitlist if there is no vacancy at the desired grade level.

    What is the tuition?
    2018-2019 tuition for PreK through Eighth Grade is $26,700, for half day PreK 3's it is $16,000. The tuition includes books, use of school iPads/laptops, most school supplies. It does not include additional expenses such as school lunch, uniform, school trips, some school supplies, or after-school programming.

    Does the Academy enroll an equal number of boys and girls?
    The Academy strives to admit qualified students of diverse experiences and perspectives. In support of offering a balanced co-educational experience, we seek to enroll an equal number of boys and girls in each grade level.

    Where have ASOJ graduates been accepted for high school studies?
